Alltech Industrial Services is offering a 2015 DMG MORI SEIKI DuraVertical 5100 CNC Vertical Machining Center, Serial No. DV005150241.
This Japanese-built vertical machining center was installed in an industrial production environment and is configured for automated CNC machining. The DuraVertical 5100 provides approximately 41.34″ of X-axis travel, 20.87″ of Y-axis travel and 20.08″ of Z-axis travel, combined with a large T-slot worktable and a 12,000 RPM CAT 40 spindle.
The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer and a fully enclosed machining area. Photographs show the machine installed as part of an automated manufacturing cell with high-pressure coolant and FANUC robotic automation.
